This Resort Village will provide visitors and residents with an opportunity to live a culturally stimulating and self-sustainable lifestyle that will contribute to conserving the eco-system and sustaining the livelihood of the local community. This will be achieved in the following ways:

- Construction using ecological designs and processes with locally sourced and natural materials
- Renewable energy systems and principles such as solar panels, wind turbines, biomass, geo-thermal and thermal massing
- Natural water and sewage treatment including rainwater harvesting, living machine systems, lagoon treatment and compost toilets
- Living and organic foods provided by local farms and onsite gardens
- Inviting local stakeholders, with a focus on local Indigenous communities, to participate in the growth and development of the project
- Encouraging income generating activities that focus on creative industries and conserving natural resources and ecosystems
- Guardianship and preservation of the local plant, animal, fungal and microorganism communities
- Services such as transportation, food, lodging, and tour services which cause minimal damage to the local biological and cultural environments as well as promote a better understanding of the natural and cultural history of the area
- Development that meets the needs and aspirations of the current generation without compromising the ability to meet those of future generations
- Promoting and encouraging diversity, creativity, learning, well-being and growth
- Creating a stimulating environment through international conferences, festivals, residencies, fellowships and exchanges.
