Phase Two will expand the eco-lodge into a resort village allowing individuals, families and businesses to build permanent eco-structures. A  village centre will be established with more services such as: a restaurant, a farmers market, a bed and breakfast, an amphitheatre/stage, more tour operators and recreational equipment rentals.

Permanent residents will be able to build creative dwellings such as hobbit-like earth shelters, rammed earth structures, tree houses and domed cottages. Some of these new dwellings would be available to rent out to visitors. There will also be opportunities for renting Kerala style houseboats during the summer and glass igloos during the winter.

Recreational activities could expand to include: cycling, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, zip lining, canopy walkways, eco-building, dog sledding, snow shoeing, and skiing.

Local Indigenous Communities may want to invite visitors to cultural events and spiritual ceremonies such as Pow Wows, Sundance Ceremonies and Sweat Lodges.
