Phase One will begin as an eco-lodge centered around a variety of simple yet inspiring shelters for rent. There will also be camp sites available as well as basic services, recreational opportunities and cultural experiences.

The types of dwellings will include: Tipis, Yurts or Gers, Luxury Cabin Tents, and Gypsy caravan trailers.

Local gardens would be established to provide food as well as a shop for basic supplies. A tour organizer would be available to take visitors on forest journeys and cultural excursions with local Indigenous communities.

Recreation activities would include: hiking, swimming, wildlife viewing, wildcrafting, cultural activities, and bird watching.
