2005 Germany - The essay called REGIMES OF SLOWNESS (pg 142 - 147) resulted from a collaboration between Guy La Fayette and Marco Poletto during a Research Fellowship with the Caracas Case Urban Think Tank and the Cultural Foundation of Germany. The project explored the informality of South American cities. The book was published by Prestal Publishing.
